- All orders must be paid for at the point of order
- All collection must be collected from our Cardiff based store at the time requested, If you miss your collection slot please call us on 029 2023 5661 and we will book you a new slot.
- Firework deliveries will be made on the day chosen. If we are unable to make that day we will contact you to re arrange.
- You must be home to accept delivery. We will not leave with a neighbour or in a safe place.
- It is illegal to supply fireworks to anyone under the age of 18. We will ask for photographic proof of ID from all Click and Collect customers and delivery.
- All items are subject to availability, at busy times the website stock levels may be slightly out. If something is ordered and not available we will contact you as soon as possible, in all cases with a few hours.
- The videos displaying the fireworks are that provided by the manufacturers and are shown in good faith.
- The timings given are approximate and again are given in good faith.
- We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
- Your personal data is used for processing your order only,, we do not sell your data to any third parties.
